Youth Director - Mark Abhishek Das

Mark grew up and lived in the city of Kolkata, West Bengal, India. He has a degree in Bachelor’s of Divinity from Allahabad Bible Seminar under Senate of Serampore ( After his graduation he worked for two International organizations namely, Community Health and Evangelism (CHE) as a Trainer and International Justice Mission, Kolkata (Anti-Human Trafficking Branch) as Coordinator for Community and Corporate Engagements team, for 4 years which gave him invaluable experiences.

He got to be a part of Rescue Operations to assist the Law Enforcement Authorities (Police and Lawyers) on numerous cases where sexually abused minor victims were set free from Sex Trafficking and Slavery. He worked closely with the city Churches and their leaders on a gigantic scale to raise awareness about sexual exploitation of children and how the Churches can take active part in helping the survivors, as well as reaching the Churches through the “Freedom Sunday” event, which is celebrated worldwide. He was also responsible for working among the students and youths in sensitizing them about the issues of human trafficking and motivating them to stand for justice.

His desire to join our team as Youth Director is to extend God’s Kingdom and use his skills and talents to motivate the young minds. He has over 12 years of experience in working with the youth. He loves the Lord and has the passion to uplift and motivate the youth of this generation by encouraging them through the Word of God. He led the youth of The Assembly of God Church, Kolkata for 3 years.

He is married to Mahima Valentine and have a daughter, Ariella Aayat Valentine.

Berlinda Nyomakwa-Obimpeh – Children's Ministry Assistant

Berlinda is a Christian who is passionate about the things of God. She is a mother of two young girls and firmly believes in training up children in the way of God. She is drawn to children and is usually the mom on the playground who can be found interacting with other children. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts with Music and recently completed her Master’s degree in Cultural and Social Anthropology from the University of Cologne.

She has experience as a primary school teacher and has been actively involved in the children and youth ministries in her previous churches. She has organised youth camps, excursions and music festivals for students and alumni of her University fellowship. Berlinda also loves cooking, singing and was a member of her church choir. She started a singing band which sings traditional Ghanaian songs. She moved from Ghana to join her husband in 2012 and lived in Cologne with her family until recently moving to Bonn.
